About the Cottage
This delightful cottage is tucked away in Lower Batson, one of the most picturesque parts of Salcombe. The cottage has recently been refurbished to a very high standard throughout. The terraced garden is a suntrap, with plenty of outdoor seating to relax on, whilst taking in the stunning views across the valley. This gem is conveniently located approximately a ten-minute walk around Batson Creek to Salcombe Town.
The space
The bespoke-built kitchen with gorgeous stone worktops; includes a fridge-freezer, fan oven with grill, induction hob, butler sink, small dishwasher, and microwave.
Relax in the open plan living space with wood burning stove, beautifully restored flag stone floor, sumptuous sofa, two bucket armchairs and window seat looking out onto the lane.
Decorated throughout with a soft palette of colors and stunning Vanessa Arbuthnot Fabrics, chosen to suit the three bedrooms individually. One family bathroom with bath, shower over bath, and WC.
The cottage is located on a very quiet no-through lane. This pocket of Salcombe is dotted with quintessential thatched cottages, a telephone box, and a lovely green with perfectly positioned benches to watch the spectacular sunrises over the glistening creek.

Location
The cottage is set in the waterside hamlet of Lower Batson, Salcombe. Salcombe itself is a charming seaside town overlooking water, sandy beaches, and the rolling green hills of the surrounding countryside. With a wonderful array of shops ranging from a renowned baker and butcher to chic boutiques, cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is often described as having the prettiest harbour in England and is in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

A lovely place so beautifully decorated and furnishings. Good quality beds etc. bedrooms all amazing but downstairs too small for dog and four of us and very small bathroom. All great for us but not if we were six! Fabulous for 4! Thank you so much.
