About Laverton Hill Farm

Situated down a long tree-lined driveway just off Cotswold Way, Laverton Hill Farm is an idyllic country farmhouse with a separate converted barn set within 250-acres of stunning farmland in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The space

The Cotswold stone farmhouse features a large kitchen/ breakfast room with an Aga and separate boot room, sitting room with open fireplace, five large double bedrooms (all Superking or Kingsize beds, master with en suite) and a study with a double sofa bed. The vast basement/games room contains a pool table and table football, as well as a large U-shaped sofa with a 65-inch TV and Sonos surround sound system. There are two toilets on the ground floor, one in the basement, and a further two bathrooms upstairs with baths and showers.

Directly behind the farmhouse is a separate annexe (flat), which features a large bedroom with Superking bed, additional sitting room with double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette.

Adjacent to the house is the converted barn, which can comfortably seat 30+ guests (at an additional fee) and is an ideal space for hosting a special occasion or dinner party, complete with a large open fireplace surrounded by Chesterfield sofas. There is also a separate kitchen area - perfect for caterers - and a toilet.

Outside, there is a 3-acre garden with plenty of outdoor furniture and incredible views, as well as multiple patio areas - ideal for al fresco dining.

For an additional cost, access can also be provided to neighbouring fields for weddings and private events, with far-reaching views over the Cotswolds - please do get in touch if you’d like to know more.

Laverton Hill Farm offers the perfect base for a Cotswold retreat or special occasion, with some of the most glorious countryside in England on your doorstep.

Reviews

A spectacular setting with access to some great walks. How special to have such an isolated property in the Cotswolds. We used the whole site and had memorable dinners in the Barn Hall with a big log fires. Property was well furnished, we agree with other reviewers that an extra bathroom would have been good, but as a family party this wasn’t a problem. We had some problems with the heating in the Barn and one day without internet, but this did not really spoil our stay.

What a wonderful place. The house was perfect to celebrate mum's 70th and having the banqueting hall made having some caterers in even easier. The surrounding countryside was beautiful and the village of Broadway only a short drive away. The kids also loved it as much as we did, they spent most of their time down in the games room!

This place is just incredible, the location and views are stunning! The details and facilities in each building are top notch and everything that we'd ever needed. The barn is something quite spectacular with the games room being the icing on the cake. Additionally, Freya provided us with great information, even snapping pictures for us live during a call. This place is a real gem.
